At Alothia, we offer Health Stacks and Course Stacks designed to optimize the measurable outcomes of our meditation practices. A Health Stack typically includes one physical, one mental, and one emotional meditation, with each meditation delivering two paired health benefits. This targeted combination enhances overall health improvements.

Alternatively, our Course Stacks provide a comprehensive three‑month program that integrates three to four Health Stacks. Over the course of the program, you’ll complete 9 to 12 AIM meditations each accompanied by specifically designed NAPTS, achieving anywhere from 18 to 24 distinct health benefits. With Course Stacks, you can explore multiple meditation techniques and systematically enhance your well‑being.
