You choose which Course Stack best fits your health benefits of choice. Each Course Stack consists of a set of curated Health Stacks which each have meditations that target specific health benefits.
For example, in our Stress and Anxiety Course Stack, we kick things off by releasing an initial meditation from each Health Stack over the first two weeks, with additional sessions added gradually throughout the quarter.

If you're pressed for time, you can skip these additions and move directly into the core guided meditation. With our "choose your own adventure" setup, you can also adjust the duration of each meditation, ensuring a customized experience that fits your lifestyle perfectly.
